Our Mission: Physician-Led Ayurvedic Care, Rooted in Classical Practice
Calmvida is the Ayurvedic practice of Dr. Arvinder Singh Bali, BAMS: 22+ years of clinical practice, 3,00,000+ patients, and one physician who takes the history himself. The practice exists to make that kind of care available in Chandigarh and by video anywhere in the world, and to back every formulation it prescribes with something you can check.
The practice
One physician. One assessment. A plan built for the person.
Ayurveda, practised from its principles, begins with the person rather than the diagnosis. Dr. Bali reads the pulse, the tongue and the history, works out the constitution and the present imbalance, and only then decides what, if anything, should be prescribed. That order is the whole method.
It is also what most patients cannot find. Ayurveda is often sold as a product or a wellness app, with a rotating panel and a protocol per condition. Calmvida was built so that patients in Chandigarh, and by video in the USA, Canada, the UK and beyond, can consult the same physician, in the same way, over years.

Assessment before prescription
Dr. Bali reads the case for Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni and Srotas before anything is prescribed. Two patients with the same diagnosis routinely leave with different plans.

Name the origin
Where a botanical grows changes what it contains. Formulations prescribed at the clinic are made from single-origin botanicals, and the region is named, not 'sourced globally'.

Test it, then test it again
An independent laboratory verifies identity and screens for contaminants, on the raw botanical and again on the finished formulation, before it is dispensed.

Show the certificate
Every batch has a certificate of analysis, written in plain enough terms that a patient can check the work behind what they were prescribed.
