Formulations and shipping to Canada

Formulations prescribed by Dr. Bali after your consultation are dispensed in India and shipped to patients in Canada by tracked courier, usually within 7 to 14 days. Relevant formulation information, including the ingredient declaration and the batch certificate of analysis, travels with the parcel so that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) can assess it as a personal-use import.

  • Formulations for international patients are supplied for personal use on Dr. Bali's prescription and are subject to applicable Canadian import requirements. Delivery timeframes, tracking and any import requirements are confirmed at the time of ordering.
  • Health Canada permits an individual to import a single course of treatment or a three-month supply of a natural health product for personal use, and every shipment stays within that limit.
  • Mineral-based classical preparations (Bhasma) are not shipped to Canada. Dr. Bali prescribes plant-based formulations for patients abroad where appropriate.
  • Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for heavy metals, pesticides and microbial contamination; the certificate travels with the parcel and is emailed to you.
  • Any applicable GST/HST, customs duties, import charges or courier fees are the patient's responsibility.
  • Formulation costs are quoted before anything is dispensed.
