These terms govern your use of calm-vida.com and the services offered through it, including online Ayurvedic consultations with Dr. Arvinder Singh Bali and enquiries about CalmVida supplements. By using the site or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

An online consultation is an individualized Ayurvedic assessment conducted over secure video. It is not emergency care, and it is not a substitute for primary medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a locally licensed healthcare provider. If you are experiencing an urgent or acute medical problem, contact your local emergency services or physician immediately.

Dr. Bali is licensed to practise Ayurvedic medicine in India. Consultations for patients outside India are offered subject to the laws and regulations of the country where you live, and it is your responsibility to confirm that receiving such a consultation is permitted where you are.

Never stop, reduce, or change medication prescribed by another healthcare professional on your own. Tell Dr. Bali about all medicines and treatments you are using, and continue to follow the advice of your prescribing clinician.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation or use the site on your own behalf. A parent or legal guardian may book and attend a consultation concerning a minor in their care.

• Consultation fees, durations, and payment methods are stated at the time of booking; the amount confirmed to you at booking is the amount that applies.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the contact details in your booking confirmation as early as you can. The rescheduling and refund terms communicated with your booking apply.
• Appointment times are offered in your local time zone. Please join on time; arriving late may shorten your consultation.
• We may need to reschedule for clinical or technical reasons. If we do, you can choose a new time or a full refund of that consultation fee.

Personalized care depends on accurate information. You agree to provide truthful, complete information about your health, medications, and history, and to update it when it changes. Recommendations are made on the basis of what you share and what can appropriately be assessed remotely.

CalmVida supplements are dietary supplements, not medicines. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Where Ayurvedic formulations are recommended as part of a care plan, Dr. Bali will explain their role and guide you on how to source them. Availability and use of any formulation may be subject to the laws and customs rules of your country, and no formulation should be assumed to hold regulatory approval in your country unless specifically confirmed.

Always follow label directions, keep products out of reach of children, and consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach its security, no scraping or bulk-downloading content, no impersonating others, and no using the booking system to submit false or abusive requests.

The CalmVida name, lotus mark, website design, photography, and written content belong to CalmVida or its licensors. You may read, share links to, and print pages for personal use; any other reproduction or commercial use needs our written permission. Classical Sanskrit texts quoted on the site are in the public domain; our translations and presentation are ours.

The website is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep its content accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content on the site is general information, not personal medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmVida's total liability arising from the website or a consultation is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them takes away consumer rights that the law of your country grants you and does not allow to be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Punjab, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, except where the consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms as the practice and catalogue evolve. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
