Formulations Dr. Bali prescribes are dispensed in India and shipped to your German address by tracked courier, usually within 7 to 14 days. Each parcel carries an itemized invoice, a full ingredient declaration and the batch certificate of analysis so it clears EU customs as a personal-use food supplement.
- Under EU rules the formulations are food supplements (Nahrungsergänzungsmittel), not medicines; nothing shipped is an approved medicinal product in Germany.
- Import VAT is charged on parcels from outside the EU, and customs duty can apply above the EU value threshold; both are the patient's responsibility.
- Mineral-based classical preparations (Bhasma) are not shipped internationally. Dr. Bali prescribes plant-based formulations for patients in the EU.
- Some botanicals are restricted in the EU as novel foods; Dr. Bali prescribes from established ingredients and the declaration lists each one so customs can check it.
- Every batch is third-party tested for heavy metals, pesticides and microbial contamination; the certificate travels with the parcel and is emailed to you.
