Ayurvedic Clinic in Chandigarh
Dr. Arvinder Singh Bali, BAMS, 22+ years of classical practice, 3,00,000+ patients. Nadi assessment, Panchakarma and Ksharasutra in-clinic, and video follow-up wherever you live.

Calmvida is the Ayurvedic clinic of Dr. Arvinder Singh Bali, BAMS, in Chandigarh. Patients from across Punjab and the Tricity region come for classical assessment, Panchakarma, Ksharasutra for piles and fistula, and physician-led care for chronic conditions. First visits are in-clinic or by video; follow-ups and formulations are managed either way, with a certificate of analysis for every batch.
The clinic and the physician
Dr. Bali trained at Government Ayurvedic College, Punjab, and has practised in Chandigarh for more than 22 years, including as Doctor In-Charge of one of the city's early Panchakarma centres. The clinic runs the way his practice always has: the doctor takes the history, reads the pulse and tongue, and sets the plan himself.
The work is Siddhantik Ayurveda, classical Ayurveda practised from its principles rather than from a menu of therapies. The same case is read for Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni and Srotas before anything is prescribed, which is why two patients with the same diagnosis routinely leave with different plans.
Formulations prescribed at the clinic are prepared to verified standards: single-origin ingredients, third party tested for identity, heavy metals, pesticides and microbial contamination, with a certificate of analysis for every batch. They are dispensed after assessment, not sold as retail products.

Women's health
Panchakarma in Chandigarh
Panchakarma is Shodhana, purificatory treatment that clears vitiated Doshas rather than pacifying them. It is given after assessment, with preparatory oleation and sudation, and only where the case calls for it. Courses run from focused five-day protocols to 21-day structured programs.
Vamana वमन
Kapha Dosha
Physician-supervised therapeutic emesis to clear accumulated Kapha from the upper GI tract. Classically indicated in Kapha-predominant respiratory and skin presentations.
Virechana विरेचन
Pitta Dosha
Therapeutic purgation to clear excess Pitta through the lower GI tract. Classically used for Pitta-origin inflammatory, hepatic, and metabolic presentations.
Basti बस्ति
Vata Dosha
Medicated enema, classically called the king of Panchakarma therapies and the principal Vata treatment for joint, neurological, and degenerative presentations. Given as Shaman (palliative) or Shodhana (purificatory) Basti.
Nasya नस्य
Head & Sinus
Nasal administration of medicated oils and powders to cleanse the channels above the neck. Classically indicated for the head and sinuses, and conditions of the eyes, nose, and ears.
Raktamoksha रक्तमोक्षण
Blood Purification
Classical blood-purification therapy for inflammatory skin presentations and deep-seated toxin accumulation in the circulatory system.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the best Ayurvedic doctor in Chandigarh?
Judge any doctor by what can be checked: a BAMS degree and state board registration, years of direct clinical practice, whether you see the doctor or an assistant, assessment before prescription, and honesty about scope. Dr. Arvinder Singh Bali holds a BAMS from Government Ayurvedic College, Punjab, has practised for more than 22 years, has cared for 3,00,000+ patients, served as Doctor In-Charge at an Ayurveda centre in Chandigarh, and sees every patient himself.
Where is the Calmvida clinic in Chandigarh?
The clinic is in Chandigarh and serves the whole Tricity: Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kharar. The full address and directions are shared with your booking confirmation.
Do you offer Panchakarma in Chandigarh?
Yes. Dr. Bali supervised one of Chandigarh's early Panchakarma centres and has managed more than 5,000 Panchakarma cases. Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana are given in-clinic after assessment, as focused courses or as structured 5 to 21 day programs.
Do you treat piles, fissure and fistula without surgery?
Many grade one to three piles and most fissures are managed with diet, formulations and local care. Ksharasutra, the classical medicated-thread procedure, is done in-clinic for suitable piles and for fistula. Grade four and thrombosed piles are referred to a surgeon.
What does a consultation cost?
Fees are confirmed when you book and depend on the consultation type. Formulation and Panchakarma costs are quoted before anything is dispensed or scheduled.
Can I consult online instead of visiting?
Yes. Patients across Punjab, India and abroad consult Dr. Bali by video. The assessment, diet and formulations are managed online; in-clinic procedures need a visit to Chandigarh.
Which languages does Dr. Bali consult in?
English, Hindi and Punjabi.
Is Calmvida a clinic or a supplement brand?
It is Dr. Bali's physician-led Ayurvedic clinic. Formulations prescribed at the clinic are prepared in-house to verified standards, single-origin and third party tested, with a certificate of analysis for every batch. They are dispensed after consultation, not sold as retail products.
