In short

Yes, you can consult an Ayurvedic doctor online from abroad. Dr. Arvinder Singh Bali, BAMS, with 22+ years of classical practice in Chandigarh, consults patients in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, the UAE, Russia, Uzbekistan and beyond by video, in their own time zones, with plant-based formulations shipped with a certificate of analysis for every batch.

02

How the online consultation works

  1. 01

Choose a slot in your time zone

Morning and evening windows are held for each region so a first consultation fits around work. Book online; you receive a confirmation and an intake form.

  2. 02

    Complete the intake

Current concerns, history, medication, diet, digestion, sleep and routine. Upload reports and, where useful, photos of the tongue, skin or nails.

  3. 03

    The video consultation

One-to-one with Dr. Bali. History, Prakriti and Vikriti, and what can be assessed remotely. Pulse cannot be read by video; everything else that matters can.

  4. 04

    Plan, formulations, follow-up

A written plan: diet, routine and formulations where appropriate, shipped with a certificate of analysis. Follow-ups by video at four to six weeks.

03

Formulations and shipping

Formulations Dr. Bali prescribes are dispensed in India and shipped to patients abroad by tracked courier, typically within 7 to 14 days. Each parcel carries an itemised invoice, an ingredient declaration and the batch certificate of analysis. Patients in India receive them by courier within 2 to 4 days, or collect them at the Chandigarh clinic.

  • Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for identity, heavy metals, pesticides and microbial contamination. The certificate ships with the parcel and is emailed to you.
  • Mineral-based classical preparations (Bhasma) are not shipped internationally. Dr. Bali prescribes plant-based formulations for patients abroad.
  • Shipments stay within a three-month supply so they clear customs as personal-use supplements. Country-specific rules are on each country page.
  • In-clinic procedures such as Basti, Ksharasutra and full Panchakarma are given in Chandigarh; the assessment, diet and formulations can be managed by video.
  • Consultation fees are confirmed at booking. Formulation costs are quoted before anything is dispensed.

Frequently asked questions

Is an online Ayurvedic consultation effective?

For chronic and recurring conditions, most of what decides the plan is history, digestion, routine and constitution, all of which are assessed well by video. Pulse reading needs an in-person visit; Dr. Bali says plainly when a case needs one. Follow-ups by video keep the plan adjusted without travel.

Which countries can consult Dr. Bali online?

Any country with a stable video connection. Dedicated pages cover the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, the UAE, Russia, Uzbekistan, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany and Kazakhstan, with time zones, shipping and legal notes for each.

Can Ayurvedic medicine be shipped to my country?

Plant-based formulations ship by tracked courier to most countries as personal-use supplements, within a three-month supply, with an invoice, ingredient declaration and certificate of analysis. Mineral-based Bhasma preparations are not shipped internationally. Each country page lists the specifics.

How much does an online consultation cost?

Fees are confirmed when you book and are shown in your currency. Formulation costs are quoted before anything is dispensed.

Does Dr. Bali speak my language?

English, Hindi and Punjabi. Russian-speaking patients can read the consultation guide in Russian; the consultation itself is in English with an interpreter if needed.
